📦 Shipping Questions

Where do you ship to?
We currently offer delivery to the following countries:
Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, and Spain.

Please note:
We no longer ship to countries outside of this list due to significantly increased shipping costs. This decision allows us to continue offering fair prices and reliable service in our core markets.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.


How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed before noon are processed the same day.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. (Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the shipping notification.)

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 3–5 business days
  • Countries outside the EU: no longer serviced

⚠️ Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales or peak periods.

Important delivery information:

  • You are responsible for collecting your parcel as instructed. Uncollected packages will be returned, and a fee may apply.
  • If you’ve accepted to have the parcel left outside your front door, we are not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Upon delivery, inspect the packaging before signing. If it appears damaged, request the courier to note it on the delivery receipt.
  • Report any damage within 24 hours, and take a photo of the packaging before opening.

 


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an order?

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return your item(s).
  • Use the return form included in your package. Need a new form? Email claim@camcamcopenhagen.com.
  • For returns from non-EU countries, please include a copy of the invoice, mark the returned item, and clearly state it is a return. Returns without documentation will not be accepted.

📦 We only accept returns sent to this address.

Please note:

  • Items must be properly packed – you bear the risk until the return is received.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Some items, such as furniture, cannot be returned via regular mail.

Need a return label?
You can purchase one for €4.90 / 35 DKK. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Contact info@camcamcopenhagen.com to request a return label.

How do I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item(s).
  2. Follow the return process for the items you no longer want.

 


When will I get my refund?

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the entire order is returned, the original shipping cost is refunded as well.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • If it was bought from a retail partner, please contact them directly.

 


Reminder – damaged deliveries:
If you have agreed to have the package left outside, we are not responsible once the courier drops it off.
Always inspect the packaging before signing and report any damage within 24 hours with photo evidence.

Other Common Questions

An item is missing from my order

  • It may be out of stock. In that case, we send a notification and refund. Please check your spam folder.
  • If your packing slip shows the missing item, contact shop@camcamcopenhagen.com.
  • Note: large orders may be split into multiple shipments. Check your tracking link to see if additional packages are on their way.

 


Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.

  • Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder.
  • If the order is split into multiple shipments, each one will have its own tracking email from the carrier.
