Sales Support Specialist - Join Cam Cam Copenhagen

We are looking for our new Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Cam Cam Copenhagen.

As Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and collaborating with our sales team in achieving their goals and providing the best service to our customers. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks that allow the sales team to focus on sales and relationship-building. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities are essential to succeed in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and completing data sheets for customers.
• Create and manage sales orders, invoices, claims and contracts.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding their orders, claims and to increase sales.
• Optimize work-flow and processes including the use of AI, chatbot etc.
• Maintain customer information in our ERP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the sales team and logistics department to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
• Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, and other ad hoc duties.
• Ensure optimal service, processes and results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with using AI tools in daily work is a plus.
• Technical skills are an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good team player with the ability to lead a small sales support group.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in the children's interior or fashion industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish, French or German is an advantage.
